Professional hamburger-bun branding for your own logo

Make a custom mark on burger buns with a stainless-steel food-contact face and a pure-copper backing. The stainless-steel face provides a durable working surface for repeated branding, while copper transfers heat efficiently through the head. This uses the same materials principle found in premium copper-and-stainless cookware: stainless steel at the working surface, copper behind it for heat conduction.

Artwork and size

We can make a circular branding face up to 2 inches in diameter, or a rectangular face up to 1 × 3 inches. Smaller designs within these limits are possible. Send us your logo; we review the artwork and confirm the final layout before fabrication. Simple, bold artwork generally produces a clearer mark on a rounded bun than very fine lines.

How it works

The custom head attaches to the electric handle and unscrews for cleaning. Test temperature and contact time on a spare bun first; results vary with bun surface, recipe, and moisture. The bun photos are illustrative examples; the metal head shown represents the professional copper-backed construction, and your finished head is made to your approved artwork.
