Professional electric branding for your packaging

A custom-machined solid brass head paired with our Professional 500W temperature-controlled electric handle and dual heating elements. This cardboard configuration offers the same twelve head sizes and prices as our Professional wood model.

The square brass body helps register the logo against a straight edge. We review your artwork and provide a digital proof before production.

Direct heat branding or suitable hot-stamping foil

Use direct heat for a rustic dark mark on suitable plain cardboard. For a coloured or metallic mark, the professional electric iron can apply suitable foil with manual alignment and even contact. Select the foil for the actual box surface and test first.

Support the panel on a stable surface. Assembled empty boxes need backing directly behind the marking area. Establish settings on identical spare material and check repeated impressions.

Includes the custom brass head and professional electric handle. Press and foil are separate. The archive photograph shows our historical direct-branding result, not a test of every size or material.
